The concept of traditional had been chosen because malay traditional house was good in contemporary design architecture such as shading and ventilation. Traditional architectural forms, such as tropically proportions with decorative elements. In this concept, there are combination between modern and traditional design such as ventilation, using timber, rainwater harvesting, pitched roof and gazebo.
